Founded in 2024 in New Zealand, Managik chose to prioritize deploying its expertise in New Caledonia and Polynesia, where more than 350 leaders have already been successfully trained. We are now launching our solutions on the New Zealand market while actively pursuing our development throughout the French-speaking Pacific region.

Based in Auckland for the past six years, I have established my career as a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist, Change Manager, and Service Excellence Consultant.
This immersion in the local corporate landscape has allowed me to deeply integrate Kiwi and Anglo-Saxon methodologies, focusing on efficiency and agility.
Today, I am prioritising Managik’s growth within New Zealand organisations, blending this pragmatic approach with my deep expertise in the French-speaking Pacific. I design all my own learning tools to ensure they tackle real-world team challenges, whether they are facilitated by me personally or by my certified partners.
